Hello there, my name is Andrew — the heart behind The One – Celebrant & Wedding Ceremonies. I am a warm, empathetic, and deeply people-focused celebrant who genuinely loves connecting with others and helping them tell their stories to each other and to the people that matter most to them. I believe the most meaningful ceremonies are created when couples feel truly heard, supported, and free to be themselves.

Who Am I?

At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief: your wedding should be entirely about you. Your story, your values, and your vision — brought together with care, warmth, and just the right touch of magic. My role is to listen, to guide, and to create a ceremony that feels authentic, joyful, and unmistakably yours.
My style is shaped around your wishes. It can be relaxed and modern, elegant and traditional, fun and original — always welcoming and personal. I believe ceremonies should feel comfortable, meaningful, and beautifully flowing, never generic or scripted. Whatever the tone, your ceremony will feel effortless, sincere, and deeply personal.
I am professionally trained and legally authorised to solemnise marriages and civil partnerships, as well as convert them if desired. I also create non-legal ceremonies, including commitment ceremonies, vow renewals, and baby naming celebrations. Whether legal or symbolic, intimate or grand, every ceremony is bespoke and inclusive.
From back gardens to beaches, vineyards to venues, I can legally marry you almost anywhere in Jersey, on any day of the week between 8:00am and 7:00pm. Wherever you choose, I will create a ceremony that feels right for you — heartfelt, meaningful, and completely your own.
